No Busy Signal Policy

All accounts are flat-fee based - there are no additional hourly fees. Refer to our Acceptable Use Policy for more details. Each account includes up to 5 Email addresses. Web space of up to 5 megabytes for a personal website. Additional space is available at $1 per megabyte per month. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a full refund of ALL fees in the first 5 days. After the first 5 days, you will be refunded all fees minus a $19.95 (plus tax) setup fee. After the first 30 days, refunds are given on a prorated, monthly basis with 30 days notice.

The pricing tables below show monthly rates based on pre-payment of fees on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis. All accounts are prorated to the first of the month.
